P A T H W A Y S

My genesis NFT collection follows a series of photographs taken all across Canada.

Each row follows pathways in various mediums (waterways, train tracks, highways). Each column follows pathways in various seasons (autumn, winter, spring).

If you bought a piece of this collection, go ahead and click the corresponding photo to claim your “PATHWAYS - NFT Collection” postcard.

I hope this collection inspires you to go out there and break free from the traditional route and take a chance by building your own pathway.

#1 Open Seas

A memory of a time when I reconnected with my hometown of Toronto, Canada after being in Vancouver for 2-3 years. It was fascinating to see just how much beauty there is, even in your ‘boring’ hometown once you start to look for it.

#2 Gold Veins

On a search for something, and I ain’t leaving until I find it! Gold Bridge, BC is one of the largest mining towns in Canada, specifically for mining gold (during the 1930s-1970s) shortly after the Fraser Canyon Gold Rush. This image is of the river ‘veins’ of Carpenter Lake leading into the town of Gold Bridge, BC.

#4 Track Foliage

Fall foliage during a brief walk on a decommissioned train track, something about this just feels so nostalgic and reminiscent of a 90s movie or a young adolescent novel.

#5 Banff Express

It was a chilly December afternoon. We were 4 days into our road trip around the Icefeilds Parkway when we got to Banff and were looking for this iconic train that runs through the national park. With some vague directions from the tourist office, Google maps and some persistence we set out to find this train. With a tight timeline for our next stop and random times as to when to expect the next train, it was indeed not a guarantee we will walk away with anything, let alone a good photo. Then in the distance we could hear the train coming. My friend quickly parked the car while I jumped out and ran to the view point, knowing that if we missed this, we’ll be out of daylight and out of luck. Suffice to say, we made it just in time and the rest is history.

#9 Imagine

Imagine a world, where there is no air pollution, traffic, rush hour noise or overpriced car insurance! This image is from a marketing campaign project I did for an electric bicycle company. The gist was to inspire people that replacing most short trips with an e-bike would slowly change the world. this is a philosophy I whole heartedly believe in, as I personally do not own a car, and get around 95% of the time with my e-bike. Best purchase I ever made!
